We still watch a lot of television. People in the United Kingdom watched for an average of around three hours and twenty minutes a day in June, which is about the same as they did a decade ago. There’s been a steady decline in viewing among children and young adults, who’ve always watched less, but on average even they still see an hour and a half or nearly two and a half hours a day respectively. In fact, we all watched slightly more this June than a year ago, and these figures only include television viewing on a television.
