This week we learn that the BBC iPlayer is approaching 10 million requests a day, but ask if the growth is slowing. Although pay-television numbers are flat in America, they’re steadily rising in some regions. And while video viewing on phones appears to be increasing, people still seem to watch a lot of television. Next week at TV Connect in London, I’ll be moderating a couple of the sessions in the conference programme, considering how and why video viewing is changing. I hope to see many of you there.
