We are watching more television, but we are watching it differently and the industry needs to evolve. That means investing in new opportunities, rather than attempting to preserve and protect outmoded approaches. Now is the time to learn from the past and develop strategies for the future. Digital networks are able to deliver more personal, interactive and engaging experiences, but that may mean changing the way we think about television. I’ll be covering the conference sessions, moderating a session on mobile television and presenting a paper on broadband video.
