This is the third annual event in Russia. Last year it drew over 300 delegates from the senior management of telecoms operators, broadcasters, media groups, equipment vendors and solution providers.
This year the event is co-located with the Mobile Content Conference and Exhibition and more than 700 are expected to attend the exhibition.
